This Grade II Listed barn had an extensive planning history with several previous refusals and unsuccessful appeals. Despite this, we were able to achieve full planning and listed building consent at our first attempt, bringing to an end more than 20 years of planning battles and disappointment for our client.

We focused on keeping the charm and character of this historic barn whilst introducing modern living. Featuring minimalist storage allowing for functionality, space and smart design details throughout.

The interiors blend modern design with natural textures, creating a serene and sophisticated atmosphere. The combination of bespoke joinery, exposed beams and soft lighting adds depth and warmth, creating the perfect place to unwind.
