A bespoke collection of 12 detached passivhaus units for a site near Marlow, Buckinghamshire, with several challenging constraints.

We were approached by a local developer to provide low-energy detached family homes with gardens and parking on the restricted infill site, which resulted in some clever space planning to unlock the sites potential, retaining views of the beautiful surrounding landscape and RSPB lakes.
